2. General provisions

These terms govern the sale of goods offered by BLANK PRINT 2017 PR (the "seller") through the website www.printing.rs. A buyer is any natural or legal person who orders goods from the seller. A consumer is a natural person who buys goods for purposes outside their business activity; relations with consumers are governed by the Serbian Consumer Protection Act.

The website is a product catalogue. There is no shopping cart and no online payment - orders are taken by phone and email, as described in section 4.

3. Products and prices

Each product is shown with its name, code, photos, description and price. Photos are for illustration; colours on screen may differ slightly from the actual product.

Parker product prices are in Serbian dinars (RSD) and include VAT.
Prices in the promotional products catalogue are in dinars excluding VAT, are indicative, and refer to the product without branding or with standard branding. We confirm the final price, including branding and VAT, in a quote before you order.
Availability shown on the website is updated periodically. We confirm exact availability and delivery time when we receive your order.

In the event of an obvious error in a product's price or description, the seller is not obliged to deliver the goods at the incorrectly stated price - we will inform the buyer before confirming the order, and the buyer may then cancel the order at no cost.

4. How to order

Call us on 063/830-0896 or send an inquiry to blankprint2017@gmail.com.
We check availability and agree on the details (quantity, engraving or branding, delivery and payment method).
We send you an order confirmation with all the essential details: the products, the total price including VAT, delivery costs, payment method and delivery time. The contract is concluded when you confirm the order after receiving this confirmation.

5. Payment

Payment is made cash on delivery to the courier when you receive the parcel, or by bank transfer to the seller's account based on a pro forma invoice. All payments are made in dinars (RSD). Online card payment is not available.

6. Delivery

We deliver throughout Serbia via the Post Express courier service. Delivery costs are charged according to the courier's price list and are stated in the order confirmation.

Products in stock are usually shipped within 1 to 3 working days of order confirmation. For products that are engraved or branded, and for products not in stock, the delivery time is agreed when ordering. In some places the courier delivers less often; we will let the buyer know of any extension of the delivery time.

When receiving the parcel, check whether the packaging is damaged and report any damage to the courier straight away.

7. Right of withdrawal

A consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Withdrawal is declared by filling in the form below or by any other unambiguous statement sent toblankprint2017@gmail.com or by post to the seller's address. The deadline is met if the statement is sent before it expires.

The goods must be returned to the seller's address without delay, and no later than 14 days from sending the withdrawal statement. The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the goods delivered are defective or incorrect.

The seller will refund everything the consumer has paid, including delivery costs, without delay and no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal statement. The refund is made by transfer to the consumer's bank account, and the seller may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received. The consumer is liable for any reduced value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised - for example pens engraved with a name, message or logo, and branded promotional products.

8. Conformity of goods and complaints

The seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods with the contract that appears within two years of the risk passing to the consumer. If the goods do not conform, the consumer is entitled to have the lack of conformity remedied free of charge by repair or replacement, or to an appropriate price reduction or to terminate the contract, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

You can make a complaint by phone, by email to blankprint2017@gmail.com, by post or in person at the seller's address, with proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation or other proof). The seller issues a confirmation of receipt of the complaint and keeps a record of complaints received.

The seller will reply to the consumer in writing or electronically with its decision without delay, and no later than8 days from receiving the complaint, and will resolve the complaint no later than 15 days from the date it was made.

9. Personal data protection

We use the data you give us when ordering solely to process and deliver your order. Details are in ourprivacy policy.

10. Dispute resolution

We aim to resolve any disputes amicably. A consumer may start an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution procedure before a body on the list kept by the ministry responsible for consumer protection; the procedure is free of charge for the consumer. If the dispute is not resolved out of court, the competent court in Belgrade has jurisdiction, under the law of the Republic of Serbia, unless the law provides otherwise for the consumer.

11. Final provisions

Anything not covered by these terms is governed by the applicable regulations of the Republic of Serbia, in particular the Consumer Protection Act, the Trade Act and the Law of Obligations. The seller reserves the right to change these terms; changes apply from publication on the website and do not affect orders confirmed before the change.
