This policy explains what personal data we collect, why and how we use it, and what rights you have, in accordance with the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 87/2018).

2. What data we collect
The website has no user accounts, cart or contact forms - we only receive data when you contact us or order goods yourself:
- Contact and orders (by phone or email): name, phone number, email address, delivery address, company name and tax ID if you buy as a business, and the content of your message.
- Technical data: on every visit the server automatically logs the IP address, time of access, page opened and browser type. These logs are used only for security and to keep the website working properly.
- Analytics: we collect data about how the website is used (pages visited, approximate location, device type) only if you have agreed to it in the cookie notice - see section 7.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Answering inquiries and fulfilling orders (arrangements, delivery, invoicing, complaints) - processing is necessary to conclude and perform a contract with you.
- Keeping invoices and business records - a legal obligation (accounting and tax regulations).
- Website security (technical logs) - our legitimate interest in protecting the website from misuse.
- Website analytics - your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- News about offers and promotions - only with your explicit consent; you can withdraw it at any time, after which we stop sending them.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for marketing. We share it only as far as necessary:
- with the Post Express courier service (name, address, phone) - to deliver your parcel;
- with our accounting agency - to keep the business books;
- with the service providers we use to run the website and email (server hosting, Google email service), who process data on our behalf;
- with Google, as the analytics provider - only if you have accepted analytics cookies;
- with public authorities - when required by law.
Some of these providers (Google) may also process data outside the Republic of Serbia. In that case the transfer is made with the appropriate safeguards required by the Personal Data Protection Act.
5. How long we keep data
- Correspondence and inquiries that did not lead to an order - up to 2 years from the last contact.
- Order data, invoices and related documents - for the periods required by law (accounting records at least 10 years).
- Server technical logs - no longer than 30 days.
- Analytics data - no longer than 14 months.
6. Your rights
With regard to your data, you have the right to:
- be told whether we process your data and access it, including a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected or incomplete data completed;
- have your data erased when there is no longer a basis for processing it;
- request restriction of processing;
- receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (portability);
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

If you believe your data is not processed lawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, 11120 Belgrade,www.poverenik.rs.
7. Cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use:
- Necessary - remembering your choice in the cookie notice (kept in the browser for one year). No consent is needed for these.
- Analytics (Google Analytics) - set only if you click "Accept". If you click "Decline", no analytics cookies are set.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational safeguards: the website runs only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and only people who need the data for their work have access to it.
